First, calm down. Don't be nervous or panic. View whether there is an alarm button or a telephone number of elevator staff in the elevator.

If the alarm button fails and there is no signal in the elevator, you can knock on the left and right walls of the elevator to make a sound, thus sending help requests to the outside. Then, wait for rescue. Do not forcibly open the elevator door, which is rather dangerous. Keep away from the elevator door. Wait for professional staff.

In the event of abrupt landing, press all the floor buttons. If there is a handle in the elevator, hold the handle tightly, and keep your entire back in line with the head in close contact with the interior wall of the elevator. Always bend the knees.
