14 March, HANNOVER, GERMANY — GosuncnWelink launched its LoRa solution for IoT communications at CeBIT 2016. The booth was crowded with visitors when the solution was introduced.
LoRa is a kind of the Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN). It is a new technology for IoT Connection Layer which emerges as the market required. At present, LoRa is popularized in Europe and Asia. Operators such as Orange, SKT and TATA also see LoRa deployment as a supplementary network to their existing IoT solutions.
GosuncnWelink showed its completed LoRa solution at CeBIT which includes Gateway-GW100, the core of LoRa networking, and PT100, the real-time locating terminal which based on LM100 (LoRa module).
GosuncnWelink LoRa solution realized quick positioning as well as 1km transport connection (use short antenna) in the complex indoor environment (CeBIT’s exhibition hall).
LM100 is a loRa module mainly used for sensors, with the characteristics of easy networking and ultra-low power consumption it can be widely applied in smart metering, warehouse monitoring, city safety and intelligent building, etc..
PT100, is a 6-axis gyroscope real-time locating terminal with both LM100 and GPS which can be conveniently deployed with LoRa base station. It can be widely applied in regional personnel management, asset tracking and pasture management, etc..
GosuncnWelink LoRa solution meets the industry’s demand for ultra-low power consumption and easy deployment. It provides the IoT industry with more targeted solution.
