Recently, MIIT(the Ministry of Industryand Information Technology) announced that ME3612, GosuncnWelink's NB-IoT module,has passed the test successfully and was granted  the first Network Access License of NB-IoTmodule in China.

ME3612, which is based on the standard ofNB-IoT/eMTC/EGPRS,was launched by GosuncnWelink in 2017. It’s based on QualcommMDM9X06 platform, and perfectly compatible with the Welink series modules inLCC 30*30 form factor. Now, it has been widely applied in various fields suchas intelligent gas meter/water meter, smart city, intelligent agriculture,intelligent lock, etc.

ME3612, GosuncnWelink'sNB-IoT module

As the leading company of NB-IoT moduleprovider, GosuncnWelink started to invest R&D resources in the LPWAN (Low PowerWide Area Network) technology, standards, and modules since 2016, and won ChinaTelecom’s NB-IoT module bidding in October 2017.

According to MIIT, there will be 1.5million NB-IoT Base Transceiver Stations in China in 2020, and the M2Mconnection based on NB-IoT technology will exceed 600 million. GosuncnWelink'swireless communication capability, R&D, FAE high-quality modules and othercomprehensive strength have been recognized via the first Network AccessLicense of NB-IoT module.
