Shenzhen GosuncnWelink Technology Co., LTD is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of ZTE Corporation. The company has recently launched a type of TD-LTE module ME3860, which is the slimmest in the industry. The module adopts LGA 108PIN encapsulation with the thickness of merely 2.1mm, therefore it's more suitable for application scenarios with strict requirements on dimensions. The launch of ME3860 has further enriched GosuncnWelink's product line of LTE modules.

ME3860 adopts ZTE Corporation's self-research chipset platform Wisefone7510, which is the first type of 28nm LTE chipset platform that passes the certification of China Mobile's LTE Multi-mode Chipset Platform. ME3860 supports TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/GSM and R9 LTE CAT4. The downlink and uplink data rate can reach up to 150Mbps and 50Mbps. The module's work temperature is between -20 and 70°.

ME3860 adopts LGA TYPE II 108PIN encapsulation, which is compatible with GosuncnWelink’s existed products MW3820/MF226/MF206A/ZM5202/ZM2210 through P2P. This is convenient for terminal designers to quickly increase the product's data rate and perform testing/debugging.

Based on Wisefone7510 platform, ME3760 V2 module previously launched by GosuncnWelink adopts standard Mini PCIe encapsulation, and it is widely used for terminals (monitors, routers, data cards, etc.) requiring large data flow.
