Overview
ME3620 module supports LTE FDD/WCDMA in a LCC form factor. It is compatible with 3G/4G modules ME3630/ME3610/MW3650/MC8635, which allows customers to take maximum advantage of their hardware and software investments and have very short time-to-market. 
ME3620 features data-rates of 100Mbps (DL) and 50Mbps (UL) which can provide users with reliable 4G connections. 
ME3620 is ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, such as smart metering, vehicle infotainment system, in-car Wi-Fi, security and surveillance, tele-medicine, POS, industrial router, etc.
